中国在全球化时代提出了“中国文化走出去”战略,要贯彻这一战略,需要大量合格的汉英翻译人才。本文结合当前中国英语专业的翻译教学现状,提出了设置“汉译英”课程、加强学生翻译能力培养、改善翻译教学模式的三点建议。
China put forward the strategy of “going out of Chinese culture” in the era of globalization. Implementing this strategy requires a large number of qualified Chinese-English translators. Based on the current situation of translation teaching in English major in China, this paper puts forward three suggestions on how to set up a course of “Chinese to English” to enhance students’ ability of translating and improving teaching modes of translation.
