本文介绍了1980牟Davis等提出的一种改良全肠道灌洗液,即Golytely溶液及国外报道的此溶液临床应用情况。改良全肠道灌洗液含有钠125mM/L、钾10mM/L、硫80mM/L氯35mM/L、碳酸氢根20mM/L及聚乙二醇30mM/L,渗透压为285mOsmol/kg,可用于结肠镜检查及肠道手术前的肠道准备。此溶液优点为几乎无水或电解质吸收的副作用、病人易耐受、肠道准备满意及护理简易,缺点为暂时性腹胀。本文通过比较认为用Golytely 溶液准备肠道较用其他方法优越,值得推广应用。
