[目的 ]探讨低强度噪声对作业男工神经行为功能的影响。 [方法 ]采用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为功能核心测试组合 ,对 46名低强度噪声作业男工 (接触组 )与 3 2名非噪声作业男工 (对照组 )进行了比较测定。 [结果 ]情感状态问卷中的有力—好动的分数 ,接触组低于对照组 (F =9 0 9,P <0 0 1) ,其余 5项指标与对照组的差异均无显著性 ( F =0 49~ 2 89,P >0 0 5 ) ;接触组的数字跨度、手提转捷度、数字译码及目标追踪的正确打点数和总打点数均低于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (F =6 44~ 2 4 0 8,P <0 0 1) ;年龄、工龄、饮酒等因素与神经行为功能的分数有关。[结论 ]低强度噪声可引起作业男工神经行为功能的改变。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of low intensity noise on the neurobehavioral function of male workers. [Methods] A total of 46 low-intensity noise-operated male workers (contact group) and 32 non-noise-operated male workers (control group) were compared using the core behavioral test set recommended by the World Health Organization. [Results] There was no significant difference between the emotional state questionnaire and the control group in the contact group and the control group (F = 9 0 9, P 0 01) = 0 49 ~ 2 89, P> 0 0 5). The number of correct strokes and total number of RBs in contact group were lower than those in control group F = 6 44 ~ 2 4 0 8, P <0 0 1); age, seniority, alcohol consumption and other factors related to the score of neurobehavioral function. [Conclusion] Low-intensity noise can cause neurobehavioral changes of male workers.
