吞咽障碍是脑卒中患者最常见的并发症之一，脑卒中后约有51％合并吞咽障碍。患者常因吞咽障碍导致误吸而引起呛咳、肺部感染，严重者可引起窒息甚至死亡。脑卒中后吞咽障碍尚无特效药物治疗，康复护理已成为其主要的治疗手段，实施相关功能恢复的针对性训练可能成为解决问题的有效方法。
