无锡动力机厂1973年开始生产12V135基本型非增压柴油机,1977年试制成12V135Z型涡轮增压柴油机,设计时结构未作重大更改,因此12V135Z型增压机性能和可靠性存在一定问题。以后逐步对增压机又作了多方面改进(如曲轴、润滑系统、增压系统、起动系统等),研制成12V135Z-I型增压机。近年来,主管部门对135系列机的经济性提出明确要求(表1),由表1可知,新标准对燃油和机油耗率、排气烟度均有较高要求。为实现新标准所规定的指标,本厂对135机作了
Wuxi Power Plant started producing 12V135 basic non-supercharged diesel engine in 1973, and trial-produced into 12V135Z turbo-charged diesel engine in 1977. The structure of the design did not change significantly. Therefore, the performance and reliability of 12V135Z turbocharger had some problems. After the turbocharger gradually made many improvements (such as crankshaft, lubrication system, booster system, starting system, etc.), developed into 12V135Z-I-type booster.
