本实验研究观察复方松叶提取液对疼痛与非特异性炎症动物模型的作用。镇痛实验分别采用热板法和扭体法 ,抗炎实验采用耳、足肿胀法和腋下埋藏棉球诱发肉芽肿法。结果显示 :复方松叶提取液对醋酸刺激所致的疼痛有明显抑制作用 ;对热刺激所致疼痛亦有抑制作用 ,与对照组比有显著性差异 ;能显著降低角叉莱胶所致的大鼠足跖肿胀程度 ;亦能明显抑制二甲苯所致耳壳炎症 ;还能抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成。上述结果表明 :复方松叶具有抗实验性疼痛和炎症的作用
This experiment was conducted to observe the effect of compound pine leaf extract on animal models of pain and non-specific inflammation. The analgesic experiments were conducted using the hot plate method and the writhing method, respectively. The anti-inflammatory test used the ear and foot swelling method and the subgingival buried cotton ball induced granuloma method. The results showed that the compound pine leaf extract significantly inhibited the pain caused by acetic acid stimulation; it also had an inhibitory effect on the pain caused by thermal stimulation and was significantly different from the control group; it could significantly reduce the incidence of carrageenan gum. The degree of swelling of the paws of the rats can also significantly inhibit the inflammation of the ear shell caused by xylene; it can also inhibit the formation of granuloma of cotton balls in rats. The above results indicate that the compound pine needle has anti-experimental pain and inflammation
