本文研究了在新焦化石墨管中装上L′vov石墨平台,原子吸收光谱法测定红松种子的痕量钴和银。分别采用L′vov石墨平台和普通石墨管,通过试验确定了干燥、灰化、原子化的温度和时间,并给出了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定痕量钴和银的条件。用L′vov石墨平台同普通石墨管的对比结果:测定Co的标准曲线,L′vov石墨平台法比普通石墨管法灵敏度高,线性范围宽,使用L′vov石墨平台时背景和基体效应降低了
In this paper, the new coker graphite tube filled with L’vov graphite platform, atomic absorption spectrometry determination of trace amounts of cobalt and silver pine seed.
