目的分析河南省乡镇卫生院提供中医服务情况。方法采用统一问卷对省内2045个乡镇卫生院进行普查。结果政府举办和企事业单位举办的乡镇卫生院占89.54%;中专和大专的卫生人员占88.18%;中医类执业(助理)医师占其执业(助理)医师的23.16%;中医科业务用房面积占其房屋建筑面积的4.11%;中医设备占其设备总值的比例1.59%;10种调查的中医设备中,平均每种设备每个乡镇卫生院不到一个;中医科门诊人次数占乡镇卫生院门诊人次数9.25%,中医治疗收入占乡镇卫生院治疗收入的6.34%;中药处方数占乡镇卫生院总处方数的29.40%,中药收入占乡镇卫生院药品收入10.64%。结论乡镇卫生院是以政府和企事业单位举办为主;尽管卫生人员基本都有学历,但主要以中专和大专学历为主,低学历所占比例大;其中医卫生人员所占比例不大,但其人员素质相对较好;乡镇卫生院中医用房面积、中医设备价值及配备所占比例都不大;中医仍然在基层发挥着有简便、价廉的特色优势。
Objective To analyze the situation of providing Chinese medicine service by township hospitals in Henan province. Methods A total of 2045 township health centers in the province were surveyed by unified questionnaire. Results The township hospitals held by the government and enterprises and institutions accounted for 89.54%; 88.18% were health workers in secondary and tertiary institutions; 23.16% licensed and assistant physicians in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) occupations accounted for 23.16% of their practicing (assistant) physicians; Accounting for 4.11% of the total floor area of their buildings; the proportion of Chinese medicine equipment in their total equipment value was 1.59%; among the 10 kinds of Chinese medicine equipment surveyed, there was less than one in each township health center for each kind of equipment; The number of clinics in hospitals was 9.25%. The income from TCM treatment accounted for 6.34% of that of township hospitals. The number of prescriptions in TCM accounted for 29.40% of the total number of prescriptions in township hospitals. The revenue from medicine accounted for 10.64% of the total income of township hospitals. Conclusions Township hospitals are mainly run by government and enterprises. Although all health workers have academic qualifications, the main ones are secondary and tertiary education with a large proportion of students with low education level. The proportion of Chinese medicine practitioners is not large , But the quality of its personnel is relatively good; the area of Chinese medicine hospitals in township hospitals, the value of Chinese medicine equipment and the proportion of equipment are not large; traditional Chinese medicine is still playing a simple, inexpensive features at grassroots level.
