由于大鳞副泥鳅的生长发育等生物学特性及食性等方面的特殊原因,人工苗种培育技术一直存在很大的问题,规模化仔稚鱼培育成活率低(不超过20%),致使人工繁殖工作长期没有实质性进展,形不成生产规模,特别是秋季育苗生产更是很少有研究。本研究拟通过对大鳞副泥鳅仔鱼期开口饵料的强化处理,以及对驯饲方法的改进,突破大鳞副泥鳅仔鱼危险期培育的关键性技术,大幅度提高泥鳅秋季仔稚鱼培育成活率,使秋季大鳞副泥鳅苗种规模化生产见到实效。
