采用BNi2合金箔作中间层,氩气保护,对15CrMoR和12Cr1MoV耐热钢管进行了高温钎焊和瞬时液相扩散焊,用电子万能材料试验机测试了接头的室温力学性能,用扫描电镜、电子探针分析了接头的显微组织、元素分布。研究结果表明,利用BNi2中间层合金可以实现12Cr1MoV钢的瞬时液相扩散焊,接头强度与基体相近,15CrMo高温钎焊接头存在脆性化合物,接头的性能较差。

The results show that the instantaneous liquid phase diffusion welding of 12Cr1MoV steel can be achieved by using BNi2 interlayer alloy. The strength of the joint is similar to that of the matrix. The brittle compound exists in the 15CrMo high temperature brazed joint, and the joint performance is poor.
