新疆巴州库尔勒市某重点中学,2000年底进行校园网建设,大约花了150万元,历时三个月。购买了高性能服务器、路由器、交换机,添置了相当数量的PC,建成了好几个电子教室。网络环境顺利搭建起来了,但是校长认为没有达到预期目的。老师学生们主要使用校园网来浏览信息、搜集信息。在提高教学效果,实现自动化办公,建设新兴校园文化等方面似乎没什么成效。很多已经建成校园网的学校也都反应存在这样的局面,一起来看看问题出在什么地方。
