本文报道了BPSCCO/Ag超导复合带的一些物理冶金特性。研究结果表明,BPSCCO中的超导相2212和2223的晶体结构受冷加工和再烧结处理的影响,强烈的冷加工使2212和2223的晶体结构破坏,其冷加工后的再烧结处理,可以使2223相的晶体结构恢复,但2212相则不再出现。两次再烧结之间的中间冷压可改善BPSCCO/Ag复合带的临界电流密度。文章介绍了中间冷压对BPSCCO/Ag复合带J_c的影响规律,并对中间冷压提高BPSCCO/Ag复合带J_c的原因进行了分析和讨论。BPSCCO/Ag复合带的最佳电流密度高达~15000A/cm~2(77K,0T)。
This paper reports some physical metallurgical properties of BPSCCO / Ag superconducting composite tapes. The results show that the crystal structure of superconducting phases 2212 and 2223 in BPSCCO is affected by both cold working and re-sintering treatment. The strong cold working causes the crystal structure of 2212 and 2223 to be destroyed. After cold working, The crystal structure is restored, but the 2212 phase no longer appears. The intermediate cold pressing between two re-sintering can improve the critical current density of BPSCCO / Ag composite tape. The article introduced the effect of intermediate cold pressing on Jc in BPSCCO / Ag composite belt, and analyzed and discussed the reason of Jc in BPSCCO / Ag composite belt by intermediate cold pressing. The best current density of BPSCCO / Ag composite ribbon is ~ 15000A / cm ~ 2 (77K, 0T).
