目的分析妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的病因和临床结局。方法收集90例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的资料作为观察组,并追踪其分娩结局和新生儿情况,与健康的对照组孕妇进行比较分析。结果观察组孕妇年龄>30岁、体质量指数>24 kg/m2和糖尿病家族史的例数均比对照组高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除死胎例数两组比较差异无统计学意义外,观察组孕妇分娩时的并发症明显比对照组高(P<0.05),分娩的新生儿情况比对照组明显差,围生期窒息、高胆红素血症和巨大儿的发生率均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论应高度重视孕妇的糖筛查,特别是有高危因素的人群,以预防为主,避免糖尿病的发生,及时控制血糖水平。
Objective To analyze the etiology and clinical outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods The data of 90 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were collected as the observation group and their delivery outcomes and newborns were followed up and compared with healthy pregnant women. Results The number of pregnant women aged> 30 years, body mass index> 24 kg / m2 and family history of diabetes in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05) In the observation group, the complications during delivery were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The newborn infants in the observation group were significantly worse than those in the control group. Perinatal asphyxia, hyperbilirubinemia and macrosomia Were higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Pregnant women should be highly valued sugar screening, especially those with high risk factors, with prevention as the mainstay to avoid the occurrence of diabetes and timely control of blood sugar levels.
