目的 :探讨鼻泪管术后再次阻塞的治疗方法。方法 :0 .6 mm直径光纤经泪囊切口进入鼻泪管阻塞处 ,KTP激光经光纤传导 ,疏通该处瘢痕组织 ,术后眼膏填充泪道。结果 :2 6例 30眼患者中 ,一次性治愈 2 6眼 (86 .7% ) ,有效 2眼 (6 .6 % )。结论 :该术式是常规方法治疗鼻泪管阻塞失败后有效补救措施 Objective: To explore the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction again. Methods: 0 .6 mm diameter optical fiber through the dacryocyst incision into the nasolacrimal duct obstruction, KTP laser fiber-optic transmission, dredging scar tissue here, after ocular ointment filled lacrimal duct. Results: Of the 26 patients with 30 eyes, 26 eyes (86.7%) were cured at one time and 2 eyes (6 .6%) were effective. Conclusion: This procedure is an effective remedy after the conventional method fails to treat nasolacrimal duct obstruction
