A common assumption in technological innovation research is that breakthrough innovations have a revolutionary and damaging effect on the industrial competitive landscape. Most of these innovations, however, are triggered by new entrants into the enterprise. Both enterprises are slow to respond to new technologies or even fundamentally Do not react. As a result, breakthrough innovations have led to a general decline in the performance of existing firms after technological changes were introduced. How to reverse this from the organizational barriers to innovation? In this regard, the study from Second venture mechanism perspective of a tentative exploration.
