目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合米非司酮或中药治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法:对我院输卵管妊娠药物保守治疗住院病例进行回顾性分析,按单独使用MTX治疗、MTX联合米非司酮治疗、MTX联合中药治疗分为A、B、C三组,比较三种方法疗效。结果:总有效率A组为70.83%,B组为87.72%,C组为88.89%;A、B、C三组不良反应比较无统计学差异。结论:MTX配伍米非司酮或中药治疗输卵管妊娠有协同作用,可以提高治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of methotrexate (MTX) combined with mifepristone or traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods: The conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy in our hospital hospitalized cases were analyzed retrospectively, according to MTX alone, MTX combined with mifepristone, MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment is divided into A, B, C three groups, the efficacy of three methods . Results: The total effective rate was 70.83% in group A, 87.72% in group B, and 88.89% in group C. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions among groups A, B and C. Conclusion: MTX with mifepristone or traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tubal pregnancy have a synergistic effect, can improve the therapeutic effect.
