研究资料表明,利用放射性磷同位素可以客观、精确地评价土壤磷酸盐贮量状况及植物的吸磷规律。但用~(32)P来研究大豆的磷素营养,除少数报道外,尚不多见。研究土壤供磷状况与大豆吸磷规律及其收获量之间的相关性,探求提高磷肥利用率及促进大豆产量的途径,必有助于在大豆栽培中更经济、更有效地合理使用磷肥。显然,深入开展这方面的研究工作不仅有其理论的意义,也有其实践意义。
Research data show that the use of radioactive phosphorus isotopes can objectively and accurately assess the status of soil phosphate reserves and plant phosphorus uptake rules. However, with ~ (32) P to study the phosphorus nutrition of soybean, with few reports, it is rare. Studying the correlation between phosphorus status in soil and phosphorus uptake and the yield of soybean, exploring ways to increase the utilization rate of phosphorus fertilizer and promoting soybean yield will help to use phosphate fertilizer more economically and more effectively in soybean cultivation. Obviously, carrying out research work in this area in depth is not only of theoretical significance but also of practical significance.
