面对当前大学生就业的巨大压力和严峻考验,各地方本科院校采取了积极的措施来应对挑战。在高校建立全员就业工作机制是促进大学生充分就业的有效措施。本文对地方本科院校全员就业工作机制缺失的影响及原因,构建全员就业工作机制的条件支撑进行了探讨,并通过学校初步实践论证了建立全员就业工作机制的可行性,阐述了地方本科院校构建全员就业工作机制对促进大学生就业的重要作用。
Confronted with the tremendous pressure and severe tests on the current employment of college graduates, local undergraduate institutions have taken active measures to meet the challenges. The establishment of full employment mechanism in colleges and universities is an effective measure to promote the full employment of college students. This article discusses the influence and cause of the lack of employment mechanism in full-time local undergraduate colleges, explores the conditions for building a full-time employment mechanism, and demonstrates the feasibility of establishing a full-time employment mechanism through the initial practice in schools.
