现在国内外大中口径给水压力管道均使用双口自动排气阀。该阀于解放前日伪时期引进我国的,由于没有技术数据,难以合理使用。在排气量较大时,大孔口内浮球即自动跳起,使阀门关闭而停止排气,给生产运行带来不便。每当管道放空后再充水时,则每个排气阀均需人工控制,既浪费人力又影响运行。据报道,日、美也存在同样的技术问题。鉴于上述情况,我院对大孔口排气阀进行了试验,找出问题,提出技术数据,研究其改进方法,使大孔口排气阀能真正自动排气,以保证给水压力管道经济合理,安全运行。

In view of the above, our institute conducted tests on the large orifice exhaust valve to identify problems and propose technical data to study its improvement methods so that the large orifice exhaust valve can be truly automatically vented to ensure that the water supply pressure pipeline is economically reasonable. ,safe operation.
