对企业经营者激励问题的研究在国外已经有很长的历史,最早甚至可以追溯到亚当.斯密,当然最瞩目的还是后来的新制度经济学派在这一领域的成就。国内对激励问题的研究相对较晚,但近年来的成果着实不少,有些学者在这一领域的研究形成了自己独特的见解。本文拟对国内外对激励问题的研究作一简要评述,并对国内学者在这一领域的研究提出了一些自己的看法。
The research on motivation of business managers has a long history abroad. The earliest date can even be traced back to Adam Smith, of course, what is most noticed is the success of the new institutional economics in this field. The domestic research on motivation is relatively late, but the achievements in recent years are quite substantial. Some scholars have formed their own unique opinions on the research in this field. This article intends to make a brief comment on the research on motivation at home and abroad, and puts forward some own views on the domestic scholars’ research in this field.
