以晚熟番茄13592和早熟番茄13493杂交的F2为试材,进行果实成熟期相关性分析,用SSR和AFLP构建遗传连锁图谱,并进行QTL分析。结果表明:成熟期(MS)与白熟至转色期(WT)呈极显著的正相关,与转色至成熟期(TM)呈显著正相关,而与始花至白熟期(FWS)呈极显著的负相关。始花至白熟期(FWS)与白熟至转色期(WT)呈极显著的负相关,与转色至成熟期(TM)呈显著负相关。利用数量性状基因的完备区间作图方法(ICIM)进行QTL分析,共检测出21个与番茄果实成熟期相关的QTLs。其中控制转色至成熟期(TM)的QTLs有14个,控制开花至白熟期(FWS)的QTLs有5个,控制成熟期(MS)和白熟至转色期(WT)的QTL各1个。
F2, a cross between late-maturing tomato 13592 and early-maturing tomato 13493, was used as material to analyze the correlation of fruit ripening stage. The genetic linkage map was constructed by SSR and AFLP, and QTL analysis was conducted. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between maturity (MS) and WT (white ripe to TC), positive correlation with TM (TM) A very significant negative correlation.
