为了在就地仪表上直接读出流量,工业上常用旁通转子流量计(即分流式流量计)测量孔板的压差(如图1)。因转子流量计指示的流量和主管中的流量呈一定的函数关系,故主管流量可以通过转子流量计指示出来。这种流量计包括:节流装置(可产生和主管流量相应的压差);旁通管(在其中产生与主管流量大小有关的流量);转子流量计(测量旁通管的分流量,应以主管流量刻度)和恒节流孔板(以维持差压平衡)。其结构简单、价格低廉、指示直观、具有一定的精度,可就地测量各种液体、气体、蒸汽的流量。
