采用在谐振腔内加入非线性介质的方法,制作了由谐振腔直接产生超连续谱输出的全光纤结构激光器。解决了传统超连续谱激光器光源需要高功率和多级放大结构的问题。利用声光调制器作为调Q介质,在调制不稳定性效应的影响下使脉冲分裂,利用谐振腔直接输出的结构获得了平均功率为102 m W的超连续谱输出,光谱范围为440~1700 nm,10 d B带宽为500 nm,光-光转换效率为5%。
By adopting the method of adding nonlinear medium in the resonator, an all-fiber structure laser with supercontinuum output directly generated by the resonant cavity is fabricated. Which solves the problem that traditional supercontinuum laser light sources require high power and multi-stage amplification structure. Using the acousto-optic modulator as the Q-switched medium, the pulse is split under the influence of the modulation instability effect and the supercontinuum output with an average power of 102 mW is obtained using the structure directly output from the resonator with a spectral range of 440 to 1700 nm, 10 d B bandwidth of 500 nm and optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 5%.
