借助正交试验和物理、化学检测方式来对混凝土钢筋在不同环境下的锈蚀速率进行分析和研究。实验结果显示,光圆钢筋的耐腐蚀较好,螺纹钢筋耐腐蚀性较差。在环境相同的情况下,螺纹钢筋的抗拉强度、上下屈服强度、延伸率下降程度等较为名著。实验结果为以后钢筋混凝土构件的设计奠定了扎实的基础。
By means of orthogonal test and physical and chemical test methods, the corrosion rate of concrete rebar in different environments was analyzed and studied. The experimental results show that the corrosion resistance of the round bar steel is better and the corrosion resistance of the steel bar is worse. In the same circumstances, the tensile strength of the rebar, up and down yield strength, the extent of decline in the more famous. The experimental results laid a solid foundation for the design of reinforced concrete members in the future.
