1月23日至24日,全省财税工作会议在成都市召开,各市地州分管财税工作的市长(州长、专员)、财政局、国税局、地税局及省级有关部门的负责同志参加了会议。会议的主要任务是:传达贯彻全国财政、税务工作会议的主要精神,总结分析1997年全省财政预算执行情况及财税工作,安排1998年财政收支预算,部署1998年全省财税工作。省委副书记、省长宋宝瑞,省委副书记、常务副省长张中伟同志出席会议,并分别作了重要讲话。
