从缺乏政府经济支持,财政机制不完善;医院市场化运营成本高;监督管理机制不够完善,归口管理不严,导致病源减少;缺乏支撑学科,医院综合实力有待提高;人才引进困难等方面分析了当前传染病医院面临的困境。从而提出传染病医院应争取政府支持,加大归口管理力度,规划医院发展道路,提高医疗技术,引进技术人才等发展对策。
From the lack of government economic support, the financial mechanism is imperfect; hospital market-oriented operation costs are high; the supervision and management mechanism is not perfect enough, centralized management is not strict, leading to the reduction of pathogenicity; lack of supporting disciplines, hospital comprehensive strength needs to be improved; The current infectious disease hospital is facing difficulties. It is proposed that infectious disease hospitals should seek government support, intensify centralized management, plan the path of hospital development, improve medical technology and introduce technical personnel and other development measures.
