我分厂大批量生产的万向节轴承如804705等在热处理渗碳淬火后清除油沟内氧化皮的工作长期以来一直是手工进行(见图1),缺点很多,如不仅是操作不安全,经常发生挤伤操作者手指的事故,而且生产效率太低,在最好的情况下,班产最高也只能达到3500件,远远不能满足生产不断发展的需要,严重影响了车间每月生产计划的完成,另外所用砂布条的消耗量很大.因此我们革新组的同志遵照毛主席“自力更生,艰苦奋斗”的伟大教导,紧紧抓住这一生产薄弱环节,把它列为当时的重点革新项目,并且得到了我分厂党支部的极大重视与支持,所以我们从72年10月份开始仅用了半年时间就设计制造出了这台用砂布筒自动清除滚针
