目的:研究荧光染色药敏法在急性白血病中的应用。材料和方法:用新建立的荧光染色法及甲基噻唑基四唑染色(MTT)法检测15例初治及复发的急性白血病病例对7种常用化疗药物的体外敏感性。结果:荧光染色及MTT法与体内疗效的阳性符合率分别为:100%,86%,阴性符合率分别为:67%,60%;特异性分别为100%,75%;敏感性分别为:78%,75%;准确率分别为85%,69%。结论:荧光染色法简便,快速,经济,敏感,较MTT法具一定优越性,对指导急性白血病的个体化治疗有较高实用价值。
Objective: To study the application of fluorescence staining drug sensitivity in acute leukemia. Materials and Methods: In vitro sensitivity of seven commonly used chemotherapeutic drugs in 15 cases of newly diagnosed and relapsed acute leukemia was detected by newly established fluorescent staining and MTT assay. RESULTS: The positive rates of fluorescence staining, MTT assay, and in vivo efficacy were: 100%, 86%. The negative coincidence rates were 67% and 60%, respectively; the specificities were 100% and 75%, respectively; the sensitivities were: 78%, 75%; accuracy rates were 85% and 69% respectively. Conclusion: The fluorescence staining method is simple, rapid, economical and sensitive. It has certain advantages over the MTT method. It has a high practical value for the individual treatment of acute leukemia.
