民族文化是包装设计的灵感发源地,是一个民族的根与魂的体现,在设计中起到了重要的基础和指导作用。实践证明,越是具有民族特色的包装设计,越具有世界性,越具有创新性的包装设计越能赢得广大的消费市场,而传统与创新的关系日益成为影响包装设计的突出问题。梁启超先生曾说:“不知己之所长,则无从增长广大之;不知己之所短,则无以采择补正之”。因而,探讨包装设计,必须要从中国传统的美学设计思想和工艺美术中汲取养分。我国的古老文化艺术,在人类文化艺术宝库中占有了极其重要的地位,在包装设计中应该更好地体现出中华民族悠久的文化传统和艺术特色。
National culture is the birthplace of packaging design inspiration, is a manifestation of the root and soul of a nation, in the design has played an important foundation and guiding role. Practice has proved that the more packaging design with national characteristics, the more global, more innovative packaging design can win the majority of consumer markets, and the relationship between tradition and innovation has increasingly become a prominent issue affecting packaging design. Mr LEUNG Kai-chao once said: “Without the knowledge of our director, there is no way to grow a vast majority. If we do not know ourselves, we should not take any corrective action.” Therefore, to explore packaging design, we must learn from the traditional Chinese aesthetic design and arts and crafts to absorb nutrients. The ancient culture and art of our country occupies an extremely important position in the treasure house of human culture and the arts. The packaging design should better reflect the long-standing cultural traditions and artistic features of the Chinese nation.
