十六届三中全会以后,上海加大了对企业改革转制的力度,使一些改革转制力度大的国有企业内部的劳动关系发生了许多变化,矛盾十分突出。运用劳动关系预警机制等措施来解决和协调劳资矛盾是一种有益的探索。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, Shanghai has stepped up its efforts to reform the system of enterprise reform and has brought about many changes in the labor relations among some state-owned enterprises that are undergoing major reforms and transformation. The contradictions are prominent. It is a useful exploration to solve and coordinate the contradiction between labor and capital by measures such as labor relations early warning mechanism.
