针对外部环境不确定的再制造闭环供应链,采用基于情景分析的鲁棒优化方法,建立了一类基于单方决策型供应链契约的具有多供应商竞争和顾客需求不确定的产品再制造闭环供应链生产计划运作鲁棒优化模型。各供应商可以制定自己的价格策略,企业可通过价格进行优选,模型对新材料、回收品进行分类管理,分类生产与再制造。对基于情景分析的鲁棒优化模型进行了改进,为企业生产计划的制订提供了一个解决方案。数值算例的结果验证了该模型的鲁棒性。
Aiming at the uncertain remanufactured closed-loop supply chain with external environment, a robust optimization method based on scenario analysis is used to establish a closed-loop product remanufacturing model with multi-supplier competition and uncertain customer demand based on the unilateral decision-making supply chain contract Chain production planning and operation robust optimization model. Each supplier can formulate its own price strategy.
