实验证实,doxazosin为选择性α_1肾上腺能受体的长效抑制剂,通过降低外周阻力而发挥降压作用。本文报道doxazosin对轻～中度原发性高血压病人的降压效果和安全性。方法:由35位医师治疗232(男125、女107)例轻～中度原发性高血压患者,平均病程4.0(0.08～15)年,年龄55.4±0.7(均值±标准误,下同;范围26～76)岁。试验分三期。(1)对照期(2周)。经多次测定坐位和立位舒张压为95～114mmHg者
Experiments confirmed that doxazosin is a selective α_1 adrenergic receptor long-acting inhibitors, by reducing the peripheral resistance and exert a hypotensive effect. This article reports doxazosin on mild to moderate essential hypertension in patients with antihypertensive effect and safety. Methods: A total of 232 moderate (mild to moderate) essential hypertension patients were treated by 35 physicians.
