本文针对某整车除霜系统前挡风玻璃和后视镜除霜覆盖率不足和出风量分配不合理等问题,主要从除霜风口位置和风道内流场两方面设计优化除霜系统。经过优化,除霜除雾性能优于国家标准的要求,且侧窗的除霜性能也得到了明显的改善和提高。最后用暗仓热成像实验和环模实验验证了新方案的可行性。
In this paper, aiming at the defrosting coverage of the front windshield and the rearview mirror of a vehicle defrosting system and the unreasonable distribution of the air volume, the optimal defrosting system is designed mainly from the position of the defroster tuyere and the flow field inside the air duct. After optimization, the performance of defrosting and defogging is better than the requirements of national standards, and the defrosting performance of side windows has also been significantly improved and improved. At last, the feasibility of the new scheme is verified by the darkroom thermal imaging experiment and the ring mode experiment.
