学分制的实施使高职院校的教学运作机制、教育管理机制、学生管理机制都发生了根本性的变化,一些传统的育人载体、途径和平台的作用不同程度地受到了削弱,对高职院校学生思想政治教育工作提出了挑战。在对上海市6所高职院校学生调查的基础上,分析学分制条件下高职院校思想政治工作的现状和特点,以及改革思路,提出构建适应高职学生特点的思想政治工作体制、工作机制、队伍结构模式、活动内容、工作方法和评价方法,形成高职院校全方位育人、全员育人、事事处处育人和教育双方双向互动育人的合力。
