目的了解河池市冶炼行业职业病危害及其防治现状,为该行业进一步防治职业病提供依据。方法按照国家标准和《职业健康监护技术规范》对工作场所职业病危害因素进行检测和对从业人员进行职业健康检查,同时采用横断面调查方法,对辖区内22家冶炼行业进行问卷调查。结果河池市冶炼行业从业人员体格检查率低,粉尘、物理因素和化学因素合格率分别为50.08%、74.74%、70.17%,职业中毒病例逐年增加冶炼行业职业卫生现状不容乐观,应加大监督管理和宣传教育力度,提高该行业的职业病防治水平,保护劳动者的身体健康。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards of the smelting industry in Hechi City and the status of their prevention and treatment so as to provide basis for further prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in this industry. Methods According to the national standards and the Technical Code of Occupational Health Monitoring, occupational hazards in the workplace were tested and occupational health examinations were carried out.
