在社会主义市场经济体制下,各地区、单位都十分重视抓住机遇发展卫生事业,以满足广大群众对防病治病日益增长的需求。很多决策者精心策划,并大刀阔斧地付诸实施。然而,根据我国国情和卫生事业的现状,笔者认为,有必要对发展的规模、速度、方式作点理性思考,持冷静、科学的态度,使之既井然有序,又适度进行。一、发展卫生事业不要盲目攀比,要实事求是,量力而行卫生事业的发展,是历史、地理、客观、主观多种因素的综合体现,地区之间、单位之间,甚至同一单位的不同科室之间,不可能也不应当是完全一致的。有的
