目的探讨桥小脑角(CPA)区肿瘤的MRI特征。方法回顾性分析经手术与病理证实的100例CPA区肿瘤的MRI表现,并归纳分析其MRI特征性表现。结果100例CPA区肿瘤其中听神经瘤48例,脑膜瘤18例,三叉神经瘤3例,胆脂瘤(表皮样囊肿)15例,蛛网膜囊肿4例,血管母细胞瘤4例,室管膜瘤2例,小脑星形细胞瘤3例,髓母细胞瘤、脑脓肿、脑转移瘤各一例。年龄2～82岁。各种桥小脑区肿瘤均有其特殊征象。结论MRI在CPA区肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the MRI features of tumor in the cerebellopontine angle (CPA) region. Methods The MRI findings of 100 cases of CPA tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The MRI features were analyzed. Results 100 cases of CPA tumors including acoustic neuroma in 48 cases, 18 cases of meningioma, trigeminal neuroma in 3 cases, cholesteatoma (epidermoid cyst) in 15 cases, 4 cases of arachnoid cyst, hemangioblastoma in 4 cases, ependymal 2 cases of tumor, 3 cases of cerebellar astrocytoma, 1 case of medulloblastoma, brain abscess and brain metastases. Age 2 ~ 82 years old. Various cerebellar region tumors have their own special signs. Conclusion MRI is of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tumors in.
