为了降低蛋白质超滤过程中的污染,本文对超滤膜进行预处理研究,实验结果表明,预处理虽然导致膜孔径减小而使得起始膜的阻力增加,但降低了污染所引起的通量衰减。同时与长链非离子表面活性剂对比,应用短链阴离子表面活性剂提供了又一不同的方法来降低因蛋白质与膜孔之间的静电反应所生的沉积,这一预处理的影响与pH值、膜本身所荷电荷以及膜孔入口的几何形状等都有密切的关系。
In order to reduce the pollution in the process of protein ultrafiltration, the pretreatment of the ultrafiltration membrane was studied in this paper. The experimental results showed that although the pretreatment led to the decrease of membrane pore size, the resistance of the initial membrane increased, but the flux caused by pollution decreased attenuation. At the same time, the use of short-chain anionic surfactants provides a yet different approach to reducing the deposition of electrostatic interactions between the protein and the membrane pores as compared to the long-chain nonionic surfactants. The effect of this pretreatment is that pH The value of the membrane itself, the charge and the film hole entrance geometry is closely related.
