孤岛油田属于疏松砂岩油藏,水平井都下有防砂管柱,在水平井更换管柱施工中,受水平井特殊的井身结构影响,修井施工管柱在水平段和斜井段内贴靠套管内壁,受摩擦面积大、管柱与套管内壁发生多点接触以及管柱弯曲等因素影响,套铣、打捞、解卡等修井工艺技术无法有效实施。通过合理调整组配下井施工管柱结构,改变管柱受力效果,制定施工工艺及操作方法,实现对水平井长井段、砂埋严重的防砂管柱的打捞。

By reasonably adjusting the pipe string structure of well construction and changing the force effect of the pipe string, the construction technology and operation method are formulated so as to realize the salvage of the sand column with serious sand buried in the long section of the horizontal well.
