目的 探讨高龄结直肠癌病人围手术期处理的有关问题。方法 回顾性分析 1 990年 1月至 2 0 0 3年2月收治的 5 1例 70岁以上结直肠癌病人的外科治疗资料。结果 高龄结直肠癌病人入院前并存疾病可达 5 2 .9% ,肿瘤切除率为 82 .6 % ,术后并发症发生率为 38.4 % ,围手术期死亡率为 4 .3%。结论 合理处理并存疾病 ,充分的术前准备 ,适当的手术时机和手术方式 ,加强营养支持 ,有效地预防和治疗并发症 ,对于高龄结直肠癌病人度过围手术期是非常重要的
Objective To investigate the related issues of perioperative management in elderly patients with colorectal cancer. Methods The data of surgical treatment of 51 patients with colorectal cancer over the age of 70 from January 1990 to February 2003 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The co-morbidities of patients with advanced colorectal cancer before admission were 52.2%, 82.6% for tumor resection, 38.4% for postoperative complications and 4.3% for perioperative mortality. Conclusion It is very important for patients with advanced colorectal cancer to undergo perioperative management by reasonably handling the coexistence of disease, adequate preoperative preparation, proper operation timing and operation mode, strengthening nutritional support, and effective prevention and treatment of complications
