当前我国区域经济呈现出发展不平衡的状况,主要表现为:东部经济发达,西方经济落后,城乡二次分化严重等。虽然国家为了缩小区域发展差距,采取了相应的措施,比如说:中部崛起、西部大开发等,但是区域经济发展差距仍存在。导致区域经济发展不平衡的原因有很多,其中人力资源分布不平衡是一个重要的影响因素。区域经济发展与人力资源的分布式互相影响、互相制约的关系。
