红外焦平面阵列中盲元的存在降低了红外图像的质量以及红外系统的性能。在红外焦平面阵列最终性能的测试评价中,盲元的判定主要有响应率判据、噪声判据和电平判据三种。研究着重于第三种盲元判据——电平法的判别原理,结合实际测试结果,分析了该方法存在的不足,提出了改进的电平判别盲元的标准。采用改进的同心圆电平判别方法后,提高了盲元判别的一致性,减少了盲元的漏判与误判。然后根据电平法判别盲元的原理,提出了基于输出波形和灰度图的盲元判定方法。与红外焦平面阵列专用测试系统对比的结果表明,这两种方法对焦平面阵列盲元判别的准确率分别达到了90%和82%,为红外焦平面阵列提供了两种直观、快捷、简便的盲元判定途径。
The presence of blind elements in an infrared focal plane array reduces the quality of the infrared image and the performance of the infrared system. In the test and evaluation of the final performance of the infrared focal plane array, there are three main determinations of blind elements: response rate criterion, noise criterion and level criterion. The research focuses on the principle of discriminating the third kind of dead-blind criterion-level method. Combining with the actual test results, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of this method and puts forward the improved criterion of level discriminant blind-element. Then according to the principle of level method to discriminate blind elements, a blind decision method based on output waveform and grayscale is proposed.
