我院于1996年6月至8月用环丙沙星治疗急性细菌性痢疾15例,均有发热、腹痛、腹泻、脓血便及里急后重。临床上符合文伟主编的第3版传染病学关于急性普通型菌痢的诊断标准。 治疗用国产环丙沙星0.2g(100ml),1次/d,3～5d为1疗程,15例病人应用环丙沙星2d后症状明显减轻,3d后症状及体征消失,继用2d后便常规正常。 环丙沙星(又称丽珠环丙)属第3代喹诺酮类抗生素,问世后给急慢性感染的治疗开辟了广阔的前景,该药具有抗菌谱广,高效,安全的特点,不仅对革兰阳性及阴性菌有
