目的观察临床治疗脂溢性皮炎的验方——槿柏洗剂对3种马拉色菌超微结构的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法在液基微量稀释法的基础上进行改良,采用含油的培养基作为马拉色菌的液体培养基,制作菌落标本,置入不同浓度中药药液中分别作用8h,24h,48h,扫描电镜下观察其细胞超微结构的变化。结果槿柏洗剂分别于8h,24h,48h作用马拉色菌后,其超微结构呈现出孢子的连续性破坏表现。结论本研究从微观角度说明了槿柏洗剂对球形马拉色菌、合轴马拉色菌、限制马拉色菌具有抑菌或杀菌的作用,为临床验方奠定理论基础和疗效依据。
Objective To observe the clinical prescription for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis - Hibiscus lotion on the three kinds of Malassezia ultrastructure and explore its mechanism of action. Methods Based on the liquid-based microdilution method, the oil-based medium was used as the liquid medium of Malassezia to make colony specimens. The colonies were placed in different concentrations of Chinese medicine solution for 8h, 24h, 48h, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy Under the observation of the changes in cell ultrastructure. Results After the hibiscus lotion was applied to Malassezia at 8h, 24h and 48h respectively, its ultrastructure showed continuous destruction of spores. Conclusions This study shows that Hibiscus lotion has the antibacterial or bacteriostasis effect on M. malassezia, M. malagella and Malassezia restricting from the microscopic point of view, laying a theoretical foundation and therapeutic basis for the clinical prescription.
