1978年11月18日美国科罗拉多州丹佛城收治了两名体征和症状与肉毒中毒一致的成年男、女。经检查患者的血清为A型肉毒杆菌阳性。经调查,中毒食物为某饭店的土豆色拉,取制作色拉的土豆样品二只,其中一只A型肉毒梭菌培养阳性,并发现另5名患者都进食过该饭店的土豆色拉,并在他们的粪便中检出了A型肉毒梭菌。作者认为,该饭店制作色拉用土豆经260℃焙烤45分,此条件未能把肉毒梭菌杀死;又土豆内部的水分、包裹土豆
November 18, 1978 Denver Colorado, the United States admitted to two signs and symptoms consistent with botulism adult men and women. The patient’s serum was positive for type A botulism. After investigation, the poisoned food was a potato salad of a restaurant, two of the potato samples for salad production were selected, and one of the positive samples of Clostridium botulinum type A was positive and found that another five patients had consumed the restaurant’s potato salad and Clostridium botulinum type A was detected in their faeces. The author believes that the hotel made salad with potatoes roasted at 260 ℃ for 45 minutes, this condition failed to kill Clostridium botulinum; and potatoes inside the water, wrapped potatoes
