绩效管理是20世纪西方比较成功和普及的管理方法,它首先应用于企业,80年代以后西方国家政府通过借鉴企业成功的管理经验,推行了绩效管理,用以提升行政效率与效能,提高政府的服务质量。近年来,我国的国有企业绩效管理研究也取得了快速发展。供电部门作为国有企业的重要组成部门,承担着非常繁重的社会管理事务,是构建社会主义和谐社会的一支重要力量。本文拟就绩效管理在A供电公司建设中的运用展开讨论,该公司采取理论与实际相结合的方式,从绩效管理层面入手,尝试探索出一条符合时代要求的国有企业发展的新思路。
Performance management is the more successful and popular management method in the West in the 20th century. It first applies to enterprises. After the 1980s, Western governments implemented performance management by drawing on the successful management experience of enterprises, so as to improve administrative efficiency and efficiency and enhance government’s service quality. In recent years, the research on the performance management of state-owned enterprises in our country has also achieved rapid development. As an important part of state-owned enterprises, the power supply department undertakes a very heavy social management issue and is an important force in building a harmonious socialist society. This paper intends to discuss the application of performance management in the construction of A power supply company. The company adopts a combination of theory and practice to start with performance management and try to find out a new way of thinking for the development of state-owned enterprises in line with the requirements of the times.
