一、概述在斜齿圆柱齿轮的传动中(两齿轮轴心线平行的传动),螺旋角大多在8°~20°范围内。航空机械传动一般也只有7°~25°。没有超出常用滚齿机的加工范围(一般滚齿机能加工到±45°或±60°螺旋角)。可是在螺旋齿轮传动中(两齿轮轴心线既不平行也不相交的传动),情况就不同了。虽说从单个齿轮来看与斜齿圆柱齿轮没有区别,可是为了满足中心距、齿轮外径等结构上的需要,其螺旋角也可能大于60°,超出普通滚齿机的加工范围。我厂在生产民用产品中,就碰到66°大螺旋角的齿轮,其形状如图1所示。法向模数:0.8;齿数:20;
