目的从分子水平探讨虫草素对胰腺癌细胞株部分肿瘤相关基因表达的影响。方法利用多点c DNA阵列分析法对9个胰腺癌相关基因进行表达研究。结果与空白对照组相比用药(虫草素)组甲基化Cp G结合蛋白1(MBD1)、视网膜母细胞瘤1(RB1)基因、E2F转录因子5(E2F5)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF1)、转化生长因子BI(TGFBI)、转录因子2B(GTF2B)、上皮细胞钙黏蛋白(CDH)、视黄醇受体-β(RARB)和RAS癌基因家族成员之一(RAB1)表达均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论虫草素对胰腺癌细胞具有一定的生长抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of cordycepin on the expression of some tumor-related genes in pancreatic cancer cell lines at the molecular level. Methods Nine pancreatic cancer related genes were studied by multi-point c DNA array analysis. Results Compared with the blank control group, the expressions of methylated CpG binding protein 1 (MBD1), retinoblastoma 1 (RB1) gene, E2F transcription factor 5 (E2F5), insulin - like growth factor 1 ), Expression of transforming growth factor BI (TGFBI), transcription factor 2B (GTF2B), epithelial cadherin (CDH), retinol receptor-β (RARB) and RAS oncogene family members Decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion Cordycepin has a certain growth inhibitory effect on pancreatic cancer cells.
