校企合作模式的兴起,提高了高职院校的办学质量,也促进了现代企业生产力的发展。校企合作要求学校和企业各自发挥优势,双方互相支持、优势互补、资源互用、利益共享。文章指出高职院校应充分利用校自身体育资源优势,帮助企业加强体育文化建设,从而加大对企业参与校企合作的吸引力,促进学校与企业的深度合作。
The rise of school-enterprise cooperation mode has improved the quality of running a higher vocational college and promoted the development of modern enterprise productivity. School-enterprise cooperation requires schools and enterprises to play their respective advantages, both sides support each other, complement each other, resources, mutual benefit sharing. The article points out that the higher vocational colleges should make full use of the advantages of the school’s own sports resources to help enterprises to strengthen the construction of sports culture so as to increase the attractiveness of enterprises in the cooperation between schools and enterprises and promote the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises.
