目的:探讨荣军病人有效的健康教育模式。方法:将入院荣军随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规入院教育模式,实验组依据其健康需求实行个性化教育模式,2组于出院时发放统一的健康知识问卷进行调查。结果:2组病人健康知识均得以提高,但实验组知晓情况好于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义。结论:依据荣军病人健康状况及健康需求制定个性化健康教育模式,能更好提高病人健康知晓率,改变病人健康行为习惯,提高他们晚年的生活质量。
Objective: To discuss the effective health education mode of patients in Injun army. Methods: The patients admitted to hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was given routine admission education mode. The experimental group was given individualized education mode according to their health needs. Two groups were given a questionnaire about health knowledge when discharge. Results: The health knowledge of both groups was improved, but the knowledge of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant in the two groups. Conclusion: The development of individualized health education model based on the health status and health needs of Ingenuity patients can better improve patient awareness of health, change patients’ health behaviors and improve their quality of life in later life.
